Ducati MotoGP Bike On Display At Brickyard Authentics Store

A Ducati MotoGP motorcycle will give visitors at the Brickyard Authentics Retail Store at the Indianapolis International Airport a sampling of machinery that will race at the Red Bull Indianapolis GP on Sept. 14 at IMS.

Racing fans can get an up-close look at a MotoGP motorcycle on display at the Brickyard Authentics Retail Store at the Indianapolis International Airport, as greater Indianapolis and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway gear up for the inaugural Red Bull Indianapolis GP on Sunday, Sept. 14.

On display in the center of the store is a Ducati Team bike of 2007 World Champion Casey Stoner, who will compete at the first MotoGP race at IMS along with fellow superstars Valentino Rossi and Dani Pedrosa, and Americans Nicky Hayden, Colin Edwards, John Hopkins and Ben Spies.

The sleek, prototype machines of MotoGP are the most exotic, sophisticated motorcycles in the world. They generate nearly 225 horsepower despite weighing just 325 pounds and will reach speeds of 200 mph on the front straightaway of the IMS road course.

A variety of Red Bull Indianapolis GP merchandise also is available at the store, located in the Upper Level Terminal of the airport.
